Dash Witness 14 day no quibble refund policy and how to return

We offer a 14 day no quibble refund policy to all customers. This means you can return items you’ve purchased from us for any reason, so long as you return the goods unused and in unopened packaging and so long as you notify us within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Just contact us and then we can provide details for you to return your items, if the item is not faulty you will have to pay the cost of postage, otherwise we will cover the cost. Once we have received your returned items you’ll receive a prompt refund to the card you used for payment.

Damaged or faulty items

If you notice that any of your items are damaged when you receive your delivery, please refuse the delivery and contact us to arrange re-delivery of a replacement.

If you discover after delivery that any items are damaged, please report this to us within 14 days  by contacting us. We’ll contact you to arrange collection of your damaged items and to send you a replacement or issue a refund. If you choose to receive a refund, we will refund you in full to your original payment method (your payment card), including any delivery charges you paid if your whole order is being refunded.

We ask that you do not use the damaged items once you have discovered the damage and keep them in the best possible condition, and that you re-package them in their original packaging wherever possible.

Unwanted or incorrectly ordered items

If you have changed your mind and want to return all or part of your order please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will get in touch to arrange to collect the item(s) you want to return.

If you are returning your entire order we will refund the cost of your item(s) only. We will also deduct from your refund the cost of collecting the item(s). This cost will be advised when you notify us of your return. We will issue your refund promptly once your returned items have been received.

We ask that items you wish to return are unused and are packed in their original packaging or a suitable equivalent in order to keep them in good condition for re-sale.

Please Note

If you are returning a camera and have tampered with the camera by attempting to fix it yourself, this will invalidate the manufacturer warranty and we will not be able to offer a full refund. Please talk to us before attempting to fix the camera yourself.

If hard wiring your camera to a vehicle, we recommend hiring a fully qualified auto electrician to do the work for you since it may invalidate your car or camera warranty. If there is any damage to your camera as a result of hard-wiring we cannot provide a full refund. Please contact us if you are in any doubt.
